My Village Paragraph for 100 Words

My village name is Sikar. It is situated near Jaipur in Rajasthan. It is a very ordinary and small village. People of Sikar still wake up at 4 AM and do their regular activities. I have some friends over there. In my village, there are only 2 government schools, one primary and one secondary high school.

Everybody over there is treated in an equal way. We respect our elders and touch their feet when we greet them. People cook their food in Chulhas outside the house. There’s a big market in our village from where one can buy anything he/she wants. I moved to Jaipur from Sikar. I miss my village so much and I sometimes wish to go back.

A village is a place where people live together in small houses. The population of a village is comparatively lesser than that of a town. My village name is Naurangpur which is situated in the Gurgaon district in the state of Haryana.

It is considered one of the richest villages. It has a population of around 3000 people. There’s so much love between the people of Naurangpur and there’s no discrimination based on castes, creed, color or sex. Everyone lives together happily and shows respect to each other.

My father is a farmer and he goes to the farm with a cow to plough fields along with his friends. Everyone here has their own farm and big land. Jatts are the most prosperous and most found caste in Haryana. I feel so proud to be a part of this village. I learned many things from my elders here. It is the most beautiful place for me.

Every village has got its own beauty. Today I will tell you of one such village which is small but it is the most beautiful place I have ever lived in. My village is popular because of its mesmerizing beauty and scenic views. My village is situated at a high altitude of almost 3000 meters. Its name is Lachen. Lachen Village is situated in Sikkim.

The term ‘Lachen’ means Big Pass. The Sikkimese Government also promotes our village as a tourist destination because of its beauty. Tourists add to our economy and we use that money for the welfare of our families and society. Our village serves as a base for Chopta Valley and Gurudongmar Lake.

An annual yak race, the Thangu, is held in our village in summer. The women in our village are independent. They weave beautiful carpets and blankets for tourists and make money. The majority of the population here is related to handicrafts. Many of Buddhist monks live here.

Gangtok is 118km from our village. I love my village. It’s the most beautiful place to reside in. It’s the most peaceful village. People over here are calm and humble, they help the people who are in need. I love my village more than anything.

In my village, education is the first priority for everyone. Most of the villages do not have proper schools or the right education system and that’s the reason why the villagers stay backward. My village is situated in Kerala, the state with the highest literacy rate. Almost everyone is educated here.

My village name is Pothanikkad situated in the Ernakulam district of Kerala. It’s the first village to achieve 100% literacy in India. I am proud to be a part of this village. Apart from education, my village is highly developed. It has the facilities of a market, small shops, banks, and other small restaurants.

Thommankuthu Waterfalls are situated 16 km from our village. This village is full of scenic beauty and spectacular views. Everyone speaks in Malayalam and English over here. Villages still teach the people the right cultures and traditions and have a significant influence over everyone in the country.

I am grateful that I was born in this village. I learn so many new things from my elders every single day and those things help me in my difficult times. The men and women of our village work side by side and there is no discrimination regarding wages.

Both men and women get paid equally. In all respects, my village can be considered an ideal village. I would want everyone to come and live in my village once in their lifetime so they can see the beauty of nature and get pure air because there’s no pollution or toxicity in the environment.
